Your Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the early years of our children. If you have a passion for early years education and a Level 3 childcare qualification, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
* Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
* Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
* Foster professional relationships and report any concerns in line with company policy.
What We’re Looking For:
* Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
* Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English
* Desirable: Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years
* Desirable: Knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements
