This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys building strong client relationships, takes pride in delivering high-quality accountancy services, and is looking for long-term stability within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will play a key role within the practice, managing a varied portfolio of local business clients and supporting them across all aspects of their financial and accountancy requirements. The Role You will be responsible for delivering a broad range of accountancy services to SMEs and local businesses, including: Preparation of year-end accounts Corporation tax and self-assessment tax returns VAT returns Management accounts Client bookkeeping oversight Supporting businesses with financial and compliance queries Building and maintaining strong client relationships Ensuring work is completed accurately and within deadlines Supporting junior team members where required About You We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience working within an accountancy practice (essential) Holds relevant accountancy qualifications (ACA, ACCA, AAT or equivalent) Is confident managing their own workload and operating independently Has strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers Takes pride in delivering excellent client service Is organised, proactive, and professional in their approach Wants to build a long-term career within a stable and respected local firm Whats on Offer ? £50,000 £60,000 salary depending on experience ? 25 days holiday bank holidays ?
