Your new company An excellent school based in Rugby would like an EYFS teacher to join their Early Years team in September for two days per week, Thursday and Friday - working days are non-negotiable. Your new role You will be teaching the nursery class as part of a job share and, therefore, you will have to have excellent communication with your counterpart. Please a list below of what will be expected: Resourcing the classroom and outdoor environment from the planning that will already be completed and setting up on a Friday after school ready for Monday. Resourcing on their working two days with whatever needs replenishing or changing in the room etc Data input at the end of each term Parent meetings Completing necessary paperwork for children with additional needs (S&L referrals, IEP's and Pupil premium, SEN referrals) Contributions towards end of year reports Attend any necessary meetings (only if staff meetings are scheduled on your working days) Adding to classroom displays Support with planning various educational visits and parent assemblies/workshops Completing observations to support the learning and progress of children (online software) This role does go above and beyond the role of a supply teacher, with this being said, you will be paid to scale for this particular role. T o be successful You should be able to adapt to different teaching methods and environments and be confident in doing so.
