Job Description
We are currently seeking IT Service Desk Junior Analysts to join our team. If you’re looking to start a career in tech, this is a perfect opportunity to gain knowledge and qualifications to grow your career.
In this role, you will handle IT support queries from our Head Office, Warehouses, and Retail locations worldwide, providing support via our contact centre and ticketing systems. You will learn troubleshooting techniques, manage a ticket queue proactively, escalate issues when needed, write technical documentation, and assist with hardware/software preparations.
This is an office-based role with shifts between 7am and 9pm, including weekend work on a 1-in-4 basis.
Qualifications
All training provided through our IT Training Programme during onboarding.
* No prior experience needed but a passion for IT and a desire to develop your skills.
* Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
* Problem-solving mindset; able to think logically and stay calm under pressure.
* Ability to manage and prioritize a busy workload.
* Experience in customer service or retail/warehouse environments is a plus but not essential.
