* Full-time (35 hours), part-time and flexible working patterns available
* Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working (Full Time Office Based for the first month and then an option for 2 days working from home each week and 3 days in the office. Flexible on which days.)

The role
The Sales Manager at Redwing will proactively drive business growth within the estate agency market. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing staff, and organizing their own time and diary to optimize branch resources. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Meeting and exceeding targets is a key responsibility.
The right fit
* A minimum of 2 years management experience within Estate Agency is essential.
* Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
* Proven track record in business development and achieving targets.
* NAEA qualification desirable.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver results.
* Ability to meet sales targets and goals.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to demonstrate empathy in resolving disputes.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Understanding of excellence in customer service.
