Role
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and achievement of daily sales by the team.

Work Schedule
* Schedule will vary weekly but expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.
* Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
* During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications
* Education - High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred
* Retail Experience - At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
* Supervisor/Managerial Experience - No supervisory/management experience is required

* The starting rate for this position is $18.85 per hour (recruiting pay range is $18.85 - $18.85 per hour). This rate and range may be modified in the future.
