Responsibilities:·Spearhead the acquisition of new business opportunities, optimising fees.·Forge and nurture robust relationships with both existing and potential clients.·Identify emerging market trends and capitalise on new prospects through effective market appraisals.·Conduct property viewings with finesse, matching buyers to their dream properties.·Oversee offer negotiations and ensure a smooth sales progression process.
