What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
* Own experiments from ideation and design through to implementation, rollout, and evaluation
* Collaborate with Product and Design to shape hypotheses and define user experiences
* Write robust, maintainable full-stack code

What is Required (Qualifications)
* 8+ years of experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications

* Proficient backend skills, particularly in Python, and comfort working across the stack
* Experience integrating with internal APIs using REST and GraphQL
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS)
