Playing a pivotal role in leading the operation and a team of over 150 people, you will:
1. Establish clear performance goals and inspire, lead, and coach the team to deliver excellence.
2. Strive for operational excellence in all aspects of the hotel.
3. Drive the highest standards of safety for guests and staff.
4. Implement tools that enhance the guest experience.
