Responsibilities

* Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
* Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
* Support catering and banquet events by setting up, serving, and clearing tables in accordance with health and safety standards
