You will be required to assist across school in various year groups from reception class up to year 6 where required. There will be times where you will be with small groups of learners delivering literacy or numeracy lessons. What we’re looking for: Experience in Teaching and Learning or Childcare or experience working with children in a formal setting e.g school, residential, sports coaching. An interest in supporting children with additional needs. A resilient, pro-active nature with a positive, can-do attitude. Successful candidates must have: An Enhanced DBS on the Update service or be willing to obtain one At least two references including most recent/current employer. Right to work in the UK. A good standard of literacy and numeracy with excellent written and verbal communication.
