What you will learn
As a Business Intelligence Graduate, you will help deliver value from data to support a more data-driven culture. You will work with stakeholders across the business to unlock insights, improve data availability and quality, and support decision-making through clear, actionable intelligence. The role offers hands-on experience across the full BI lifecycle, combining technical development with collaboration, communication, and continuous learning toward owning end-to-end BI projects.
* Learn how to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into BI and AI solutions
* Build and maintain high-quality datasets that support robust, repeatable reporting and analytics
* Develop skills in ensuring data integrity, quality, security, and governance
* Communicate insights effectively through dashboards, reports, and presentations
* Work with stakeholders to improve their BI capability through training and engagement
* Gain exposure to advanced analytical techniques such as statistical modelling, forecasting, and AI applications
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies through research and continuous development
* Apply transparent, well-documented, and repeatable analytical methods
* Progressively take on more responsibility, leading end-to-end BI projects

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in using data to solve real business problems. You’ll be proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, with a strong desire to develop both technical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly and responsibly.

Required Criteria
* A degree in a numerate discipline (e.g. Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics) with a minimum 2:1 achieved/expected
* Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python (or similar BI/analytics tools)
* Full driving licence, valid in the UK due to travel across our Ports
* The successful candidate must by the start of employment have permanent permission to work in the UK
