We are looking for a Night Unit Coordinator (RMN/RNLD) with a passion for delivering outstanding care on a 6-12 month contract to cover maternity leave.
You’ll be working 33 hours a week during night shifts at Cygnet Hospital Stevenage.

Your day-to-day…
* Accountable for your actions in accordance with the Code of Professional Conduct.
* Contribute to corporate objectives, acting within local, corporate, and statutory guidelines and policies.
* Utilise highly developed communication skills to maintain high-quality service.
* Communicate effectively with agencies such as the Police, ambulance/transport services, hospitals, and service users and their families.
* Prioritise and coordinate the night team to ensure all tasks are completed appropriately.
* Ensure relevant documentation is completed professionally and appropriately.
* Complete daily reports, incident reports, and other documentation as required.
* Manage clinical events and incidents requiring high levels of expertise, prioritising resources accordingly.
