Job Responsibilities
* Supervising teams of Industrial Cleaners, maintaining the daily work diary
* Supporting the business's emergency response call‑out rota
* Perform chemical tank cleaning and repackaging of hazardous materials
* Work in confined spaces and conduct high‑pressure jet washing
* Visit customer sites regularly to build strong relationships between the site, customer, office, suppliers, and contractors; solve any arising problems
* Carry out regular health & safety audits on site, ensuring method statements and risk assessments are complete
* Collect vehicle mileage records, check tachographs regularly, and ensure all vehicles and equipment are inspected and maintained daily
* Assist sales staff and the Operations Manager in planning contracts
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong knowledge of industrial services – tank cleaning, high‑pressure water jetting, confined space experience
* Holding an IOSH Managing Safely or similar qualification
* Trained and certified in high‑pressure water jetting, confined space entry and breathing apparatus

Salary and Hours
* Hourly rate: £14.28 (weekly paid), with a potential annual salary of £36,000–£43,000, inclusive of all extras
* Hours: 40 hours per week, rotating over 7 days per week (07:00 – 15:30); flexible to work away from home, evenings, nights, and weekends as required
