Job Description
As Commercial Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and driving client change activity, ensuring contractual compliance, commercial integrity, and timely delivery across a complex and dynamic environment. * Work collaboratively with operational, finance, and technical teams to evaluate impacts and risks.
* Ensure timely escalation and resolution to mitigate commercial and operational issues.
Governance & Compliance
* Maintain robust commercial controls and ensure adherence to contract terms.
* Support change registers, audit trails, and reporting processes.
Financial & Risk Management
* Prepare cost models and commercial assessments.
* Identify risks and opportunities, supporting proactive decision‑making.
* Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting (including P&L insights).
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
* Build strong, collaborative relationships internally and with the client.
* Support negotiations and approvals while ensuring client expectations are met.
* Identify opportunities for value creation, growth, and cost efficiencies.
Leadership & Development
* Support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Take ownership of your own development, with clear progression opportunities within the role.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
Experience
* Degree in Business, Quantity Surveying, Law, Facilities Management, or a related field.
