Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of contract performance, ensuring KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations are met or exceeded.
* Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong, long‑term stakeholder relationships.
* Lead regular performance reviews, service meetings and client reporting.
* Hold full financial accountability, including budget control, forecasting, cost management and P&L performance.
* Drive operational efficiencies, innovation and profitability improvements while maintaining service quality.
* Lead, develop and motivate service managers, supervisors and frontline teams.
* Identify and deliver opportunities for service development, contract growth and additional revenue.
Qualifications
* Previous detailed experience within the cleaning industry is essential.
* Proven experience managing multi‑site, client‑focused operations.
* Demonstrable success leading and developing operational and supervisory teams.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience building long‑term client partnerships.
* Essential experience in financial management, including budgets, cost control and financial reporting.
* In‑depth understanding of contractual obligations, SLAs and KPIs.
* Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements within cleaning operations.
* IOSH qualification desirable but not essential (can be achieved in post).
* Full UK driving licence required due to regional travel.
