The role also involves handling customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating equipment logistics, and managing invoice queries in a busy operational environment.

Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries about hire, providing quotes, and resolving issues or complaints
* Process new hire requests, manage existing orders, and coordinate collections
* Ensure the right equipment is available, checking stock levels, and liaising with the workshop for maintenance
* Maintain accurate records of hires, process invoice queries, and assist with stock control
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently
* Knowledge of hire industry practices and relevant software
* Problem‑solving and organisational skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
