Customer Advisor Sunderland Contract: Permanent Location: Sunderland City Centre (SR1 3AD) easily commutable via car, metro, train and bus Start date: 23rd February 2025 Shift options & salary We have multiple working patterns available: Lates shift 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 Between 15:30 00:00 (weekends on rotation) £25,570 per annum Compressed shift 36 hours per week over 3 days (FridaySunday) Between 12:00 00:00 £24,547 per annum Shift pattern will be confirmed during the recruitment process. The role Were looking for friendly, customer-focused Customer Advisors to join our modern Customer Hub in Sunderland. Youll support customers across phone, email and web chat, resolving queries and delivering a great experience every time.
