The Role
This is a dynamic and varied position where you’ll play a key role in maintaining both machinery and site facilities to the highest standards. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will:
Conduct daily site walkarounds, ensuring all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently
Work on a range of machinery including flow wrappers, industrial washing systems, and ovens
Take ownership in implementing and driving the site’s CMMS system, ensuring best practices and completion
Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns and urgent maintenance needs
Work closely with the Engineering Manager as part of a supportive and growing team
The Candidate
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive engineer who:
Holds a recognised engineering qualification
Is confident working independently as well as collaboratively
Has strong communication skills and a hands-on approach
Brings energy, reliability, and a drive to improve site performance
