About You:

You’re a great team player who supports teachers and inspires children
You’re flexible and ready to jump into different school settings with a smile
You hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 3 preferred!)
You’re keen to learn and grow in your role
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting teachers with day-to-day classroom activities
Helping children with their learning and development
Assisting with group work and individual support
Encouraging positive behaviour and a safe learning environment
Preparing resources and helping with classroom organisation
