New Directions Education is recruiting a nurturing and creative EYFS Teacher for a friendly, supportive primary school in Chester. This role is perfect for teachers with a passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a meaningful impact during a crucial stage of development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivering high-quality Early Years teaching in line with the EYFS Framework
2. Creating engaging, play-based learning activities
3. Tracking and assessing pupil progress
4. Building strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and families
5. Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate
6. QTS (or equivalent) with EYFS specialism
7. Previous experience in Nursery or Reception
8. Strong understanding of child-centred learning
9. Excellent behaviour-management and communication skills
10. A nurturing, patient, and creative approach
