An experienced individual who is looking to drive projects forward, manage high-achieving team members, and build strong relationships with Underwriters, Finance, Reserving, Data Engineering, and Exposure Management.
About the role:
Aviva UK is seeking a Pricing Manager to join our Global, Corporate & Speciality (GCS) Pricing Team. Reporting to a Senior Pricing Manager, this role involves:
1. Managing high-achieving analysts and senior analysts.
2. Conducting London market case pricing, rate reviews, and performance analysis.
3. Developing and implementing machine learning-based models to support business needs.
4. Leading pricing on various cross-functional projects.
Requirements:
1. Experience in London Market large account case pricing.
2. Development and implementation of rating tools and experience with rate reviews.
3. Monitoring business performance and KPIs, with ability to conduct deep portfolio analysis.
4. Close collaboration with Underwriters, Finance, and Claims teams.
5. Strong coding skills in R or Python.
