Head of Property Management – Leeds – (LS1) - £45,000 + Benefits
I’m currently working with a well-established and highly regarded lettings agency, part of a leading UK-wide property group, who are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Property Management to lead their Leeds operation.
This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone who has a strong background in managing large property portfolios and is confident driving performance, improving processes, and leading high-performing teams.
The Role
You’ll take full responsibility for overseeing a sizeable property management function, leading a team of Property Managers and ensuring service delivery is consistent, efficient, and client-focused.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Leading, mentoring, and developing a large team
Managing relationships with key portfolio landlords and clients
Overseeing onboarding and training of new team members
Driving operational improvements and implementing best practice
Working closely with senior leadership to report on performance and progress
Handling complex and escalated complaints
Identifying and delivering improvements across underperforming areasAbout You
ARLA qualified (essential)
Strong track record managing large property management teams and portfolios
Confident leader with a hands-on approach to coaching and development
Operationally strong, with the ability to streamline processes and improve performance
Experienced in handling escalations and resolving complex issues
Familiar with property management systems (Reapit experience would be advantageous)
Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesWhat’s on Offer
