You'll drive high‑impact projects from concept through to construction and help grow our structural engineering capability in the region.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and deliver structural design packages across diverse sectors including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and public infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead structural design and technical delivery across project stages.
* Manage and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
* Prepare and review calculations, technical drawings, specifications, and engineering reports.
* Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Ensure compliance with Eurocodes, British Standards, and project requirements.
* Oversee project timelines, team resources, and deliverables.
* Contribute to proposals, bids, and business development activities.
* Uphold quality, safety, and sustainability standards throughout.
What You Bring
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* Chartered (or working toward) with ICE or IStructE.
* Minimum 5 years’ structural design and project delivery experience in the UK/Ireland.
* Skilled in structural analysis/design software (e.g. Tekla Structural Designer, ETABS, Robot).
* Strong understanding of Eurocodes, British Standards, and local regulations.
* Effective communicator and team leader, able to manage multiple priorities.
* Working knowledge of BIM processes and tools (e.g. Revit).
* Background in multidisciplinary consultancy environments.
