We’re looking for an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join our client’s growing team and play a vital role in safeguarding their digital environment. This is a broad, hands-on role that spans all areas of cyber operations - from incident response and vulnerability management to awareness campaigns, security tooling oversight and project delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and supporting cyber incident management across the business, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Managing and maintaining security tooling and systems - particularly across the Microsoft security stack including Defender, Sentinel, and Microsoft 365.
* Overseeing SIEM operations, ideally using Microsoft Sentinel.
* Supporting and promoting cyber awareness initiatives
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in cyber incident response and general cyber operations.
* Exposure to vulnerability management practices and tools.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Defender, Sentinel, and other Microsoft-based security tools.
* Some experience with Windows Server, Group Policy, and Active Directory is highly beneficial.
* A background working with or alongside an external SOC or MSSP provider.
* A proactive, approachable communicator with the ability to simplify complex issues and influence others to adopt secure behaviours.
