Warehouse Shift Manager
Annual Salary £44,282 and a great range of benefits.
Monday - Friday with occasional Sunday cover required
Rotating shift patterns every 4 weeks
Location: Tamworth
A key leader in our multi‑temperature warehouse, you will create a productive, supportive and safe environment where teams thrive, and customers receive the best service. You will deliver for your colleagues by communicating clearly, managing change and ensuring health and safety obligations are met. You will also drive performance, hit targets and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of every shift you lead.

* A background in leading, motivating, and coaching a team.
* The ability to drive and improve performance using data insights and colleague input.
* A customer‑centric approach.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Knowledge of SAP.
