Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering & Infrastructure

Based in Ebbsfleet, you’ll be involved in challenging civils projects from tender to final account, working alongside engineers, estimators, and project managers who genuinely care about delivering quality work.

The Role
* Manage the full commercial lifecycle of major civils and enabling works projects
* Prepare cost plans, tender submissions, and bills of quantities
* Handle valuations, variations, and progress claims under NEC / JCT contracts
* Liaise closely with site teams to maintain cost control and financial accuracy
* Assess subcontractor applications and final accounts
* Support forecasting, cost reporting, and project cash flow analysis
* Contribute to commercial strategy meetings and client progress reviews
* Maintain strong documentation and compliance across all project stages

What You’ll Bring
* Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
* Proven background working on earthworks, infrastructure, remediation, or heavy civils projects
* Confident with NEC contracts, change control, and cost management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
* Personable and clear communicator, able to work well with site teams and clients alike
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to attend project sites
