**Key Responsibilities**
As a Deputy Store Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Leading and motivating the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
* Assisting the Store Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve store performance and drive sales growth
* Monitoring and managing KPIs, including cash handling, stock management, and health and safety procedures
* Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business results
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all store operations are run smoothly and efficiently, including managing deliveries, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
