An Accounts Administrator is required to join a growing company in the Bilston area. A detail-orientated and proactive person is required to join their busy finance team. This is a varied role focused on credit control, purchase ledger, and sales ledger responsibilities. You will be confident working independently, have excellent communication skills, and a strong grasp of financial administration.
As an Accounts Administrator you will be supporting with -
Chasing outstanding customer payments to improve cash flow, ensuring correct approvals and timely settlements
Process and maintain supplier invoices accurately
Raise and issue sales invoices, maintaining up-to-date records
Reconcile customer and supplier accounts, resolving discrepancies
Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow
Process employee expenses and support financial documentation
Prepare management reports including aged debt analysis and payment schedulesIdeally you will have the following skills and experience -
Credit control, sales & purchase ledger exposure
A basic understanding of VAT
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Ability to manage your workload independently and meet deadlinesOn offer for this Accounts Administrator role -
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (on-site)
Starting salary of £26-28,000p/a
