Job Description
As an E-commerce Controller, you are responsible for maximizing net sales and profitability for the total market by creating sales and cost budgets and forecasts for both short and long term. You will take an active role in developing tools and methods to improve the controlling function within E-commerce department.
What you will do:
* Responsible for online market P&L, analyse and communicate of financial results
* Creating sales, cost budget, forecast sales, KPI goals on a yearly basis in line with top line sales budget
* Collaborate with E-Commerce Manager to set KPIs goals, follow up on actions to drive sales and profits toward budgeted goals
* Communicate the forecast of orders, pieces and returns to Logistic and Customer Service to secure both short- and long-term planning
* Implement and update reports and analysis tools, execute and communicate updated sales forecast and analysis to E-com and Regional Team
* Work towards maximizing COS Customer offer on operational investments, technical improvements
* Collaborate with Digital Marketing Team to set traffic goals that are in line with overall market profitability growth
* Develop tools, method and KPIs to continuously improve the controlling function

What you need to succeed
* Previous experience working in Ecommerce and finance.
* Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, advance in Excel
* Sales driven and result oriented
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire the team
* A great team player with the ability to build excellent working relationships
* Proven planning, organizing and decision-making abilities
* Ability to take own initiative
* Preferably previous experience working with PowerBI
