Join our dynamic Taste & Nutrition team in Bristol as a Quality Systems Manager! In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our food safety and quality standards are second to none. Your leadership will guide internal audit programs, manage compliance with traceability and recall procedures, and support both internal and external audits. This hands-on position demands a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset for continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to uphold Kerry’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
As the Quality Systems Manager, you will report to the Quality Manager and be responsible for:
* Leading the site's internal audit program to ensure audits are completed on schedule.
* Trending internal and external non-conformances and driving their resolution.
* Conducting routine inspections and audits of food safety and quality standards.
* Leading external audits and visits, including third-party and customer audits.
* Coordinating and challenging the site's traceability system for compliance.
* Managing third-party certifications such as Kosher, Halal, Organic, and Gluten-free.
* Supporting traceability exercises during customer visits or external audits.
* Overseeing the completion of all quality and food safety site KPIs.
* Driving the resolution and closeout of non-conformances.
* Leading the completion of required customer reports and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills

* Previous experience in Quality Management, particularly with quality management systems.
* Knowledge of GFSI, retailer, and other standards (Kosher, RSPO, Halal, AOECS, etc.).
* Experience in the food or logistics sectors, adhering to strict manufacturing practices and hygiene regulations.
* Proficiency in investigations using various root cause analysis techniques.
* Some knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
* A proactive approach to Health & Safety.
* Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
