Key Duties
* Lead procurement of goods and services to meet commercial and operational targets.
* Drive strategic sourcing activity and manage supplier relationships.
* Lead, coach, and mentor junior procurement team members.
* Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, pricing structures, and rebate agreements.
* Work closely with Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, and other internal stakeholders.
* Support procurement activity across construction and retail fit-out projects.
* Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and pricing compliance.
* Develop procurement schedules using project specifications and drawings.
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and health and safety requirements.
