Full Time – 45- Hours Per Week Including Weekends

We are looking for a Regional Garden Centre Manager to join our forward-thinking team. Working with the Garden Centre this is a high-volume environment with a fast turnaround.
The successful candidate should have proven Regional Managerial experience
A highly motivated hands-on individual that has a passion for exceptional retail standards, driving sales & great customer service. Must be able to motivate a team of managers and supervisors to work efficiently & effectively in order to meet deadlines.
The role is Multi-Garden Centre Sites In Lancashire & South Yorkshire
As a Regional Garden Centre Manager, you will manage, lead, inspire and develop an amazing team’s and ensuring all customers have a great in store experience.
Responsibilities
* Manage and support the Garden Centre Managers in your region.
* Provide leadership, direction motivation and organization.
* Oversea recruitment of staff in your region.
* Ensure that costs, budgets, labour, and stock are in line.
* Trouble shoot and priorities tasks.
* Report to the Group Operations Director and attend meetings to discuss performance.
* Inspire the teams to deliver excellent service and consistent results.
* Implement and work to company targets and KPI’s.
* Maintain company system and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience as an Area or multi-site manager in a busy high-volume retailer
* The ability to identify and build strong people and teams.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen - managing multiple P & L accounts.
* Positive and strong communicator and skilled motivated people manager. Adept at succession planning and performance management.
* A solution orientated thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
* High standards and a keen eye for detail.
* A positive and outgoing personality and outlook.
* The ability to prioritize and manage your own time.
* Passion and drive to succeed and deliver results.
* IT literate and able to comply with systems and processes.
