Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home)
Contract: Temporary – up to 6 weeks

We’re supporting a well known organisation who are implementing a brand-new HR system. To support this project, we're recruiting an administrator to support the head office team.
This role is highly process-driven, repetitive, and perfect for someone who is organised, methodical and happy working through digital documents at pace.
The Role
You will be working as part of a dedicated data migration team, completing tasks such as:
* Reviewing digital employee records
* Uploading complete packs into the new system
* Accurately recording progress on spreadsheets and trackers
* Ensuring all information is uploaded and labelled correctly
* Flagging any issues or inconsistencies to the project lead
About You

* Confident working with large volumes of digital documents
* Comfortable following structured processes and checklists
* Able to focus, concentrate and work methodically
* Confident using spreadsheets and systems (Excel / trackers)
* Reliable, proactive and able to start immediately
