To support procurement activities, starting from identifying needs, drafting NEC4 contract scope documentation, all the way to awarding contracts, by working closely with the Project Manager and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scope Development: Coordinate and draft NEC4 contract scope documents.
* Quality Control: Peer review and ensure accuracy of documentation.
* Supplier Review: Evaluate tender proposals against defined scope.
* Collaboration: Lead meetings and integrate input from technical teams.
* Learning & Development: Capture Lessons Learned (LfE) to improve future procurement's.
* Planning: Feed into the Programme procurement pipeline for strategic alignment.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum five years in contract or project management roles.
* In-depth experience with NEC4 contracts and Scope structuring.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, effective in both team settings and independent work.
* Attention to detail and clarity in conveying complex information.
* Highly organised, deadline-focused team coordination.
* Experience in nuclear or similarly regulated sectors.
* Familiarity with CEMAR contract management software.
