Job Purpose
To provide administrative support in relation to the day-to-day operation of the Foodbank
Key Responsibilities
· Use appropriate advertising to recruit & induct new starter volunteers
· Maintain up-to-date volunteer records and databases
· Coordinate ad hoc manned supermarket collections
· Ensure relevant training materials and links are available in line with foodbank policies
· Keep the Volunteer Handbook and associated documents current; distribute to all new volunteers along with future updates
· Develop and manage the website's volunteer page for easy access to resources
· Regularly circulate training opportunities and ensure volunteers are offered these consistently
· Support the Operations & Project Manager in organizing the annual "Volunteer Celebration" event
· Provide ongoing administrative guidance and support for the volunteer team
· Provide administrative support through the Data Collection System, ensuring data is kept up to date – including but not limited to stock entries, donor information and agency records
· Handle and coordinate all warehouse administrative requests
· Collaborate with staff to provide cover during colleagues' absences

· A current UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £9,900.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 per week
