Our client is a rapidly growing Broker founded by an experienced board and senior leadership team with a proven track record of success in financial services.
Salary: up to £31k.
The role ensures a seamless post-sale process. Once a deal is approved, this person will:
1. Prepare and issue finance documents tailored to each lender’s requirements.
2. Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure all documentation and invoices are correct.
3. Manage delivery schedules and package deals for lender payout.
4. Conduct pre- and post-issue checks for accuracy.
5. Communicate deal progress to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
The Customer Experience Manager is key to converting leads into successfully funded deals while maintaining high operational standards. Candidates with prior brokerage experience or industry knowledge are preferred, as the role requires familiarity with lender processes and the ability to work independently.
