Account Manager – Mobility and living aids North

THE ROLE: Thanks to a period of growth this company is looking for a new, highly motivated salesperson to manage accounts and develop new business opportunities in Northern England. You will sell a range of mobility equipment (such as wheelchairs and walking frames) and daily living aids to a variety of customers in the healthcare and care sectors, including hospitals, local authorities, care homes and mobility, community loan stores. The expectation will be to visit customers for 3 – 4 days per week with the rest of the week strategically planning your approach.
This is the UK subsidiary of a US based organisation that has history going back 100 years and a worldwide presence. Their brands are market leaders in the US and are the preferred products of many customers. Field sales experience with strategic new business skills
· Healthcare sales or experience selling a large product portfolio beneficial
· A considered and methodical approach to building pipeline
· Data analysis and strategic planning skills
· Full driving licence, no more than 6 points and willingness to travel up to 80% of your week
The Package for Account Manager:
· Basic: £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
· Bonus: £9,000 – 12,000 per year
· Car allowance of £450 per month
