Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Healthcare Support Worker at Lindsay Ward, Biggart Hospital.
What you will do:
In your role as a Senior Healthcare Support Worker you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide an excellent standard of care to our patients. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver patient centred rehabilitation focused care, encouraging patients to maximise their rehabilitation potential.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Experience in a health care setting is essential as well as an SVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.
Can demonstrate a range of core skills to competently undertake patient care and other tasks and activities.
Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Continues to develop knowledge and practice through a combination of instruction, on the job learning, attending teaching sessions and study days, where appropriate.
Hours: 29.7 - A flexible approach to shift patterns, including night duty is required.
