The Role We are seeking a compassionate and proactive teaching assistant to support a Year 3 pupil with social and emotional needs. The pupil occasionally exhibits low-level challenging behaviour but generally responds well to routine and positive reinforcement. While the pupil requires some 1:1 support, you will also be expected to contribute to general class-based TA responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or a graduate considering a future in education, psychology, or SEN.
