Experienced HR System Implementation Advisor (Fixed-Term)
Ideally with Dayforce, UKG, JoinedUp Beeline experience, plus strong data and administrative skills
We're looking for two experienced HR System Implementation Advisors to join our team on a fixed-term basis, supporting both the successful rollout of our new Time & Attendance (T&A) system and the ongoing management of our current T&A processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical, analytical, and administrative skills to play a key role in shaping the future of our HR systems.
About the Role:
In this varied role, you'll work closely with the Time and Attendance Delivery Manager to ensure the new system is configured, tested, and implemented effectively. Alongside project delivery, you'll also support and manage our existing BAU processes with current T&A systems (including Dayforce, UKG, JoinedUp, and Beeline). You'll be involved in all aspects of the rollout—from stakeholder engagement to system testing and documentation—while ensuring continuity and excellence in our ongoing T&A operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the T&A Delivery Manager with all aspects of system implementation.
Assist in the end-to-end delivery of the new T&A system (experience with Dayforce, UKG, JoinedUp, and Beeline highly desirable).
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and deliver system requirements.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), parallel runs, and validate outputs.
Develop and review process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Act as a subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
Support and manage BAU processes with our existing T&A systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations alongside project work.
About You:
You'll bring proven experience in HR or T&A system implementations, with a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to balance project and operational responsibilities.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated involvement in HR or T&A system implementation projects.
Experience with Dayforce, UKG, JoinedUp, and Beeline (highly desirable).
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting, data analysis).
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Flexibility to travel to other sites as and when required to support project delivery and BAU operations.
Additional Information:
Fixed-term contract, with a start date by 6th October 2025.
