This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HCSW to become part of a busy team delivering a CTAC service for the patients of the Peterhead Locality. The department also includes an Out-Patients department and a Minor Injuries Service. The post will primarily be within the treatment room, but flexibility is essential as the successful candidate may be asked to cover other areas of the department.
Candidates must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to undergo further training. Preferred skills include venepuncture, wound management, ECGs, and INR, but training can be provided for the right candidate. The ability to work under pressure and deliver safe, effective care is essential. Effective team working, communication skills, and IT proficiency are also required.
