Role Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior solicitor with solid foundations in immigration law who is looking to further develop their skills in a client-facing, commercially focused practice. You’ll work closely with senior lawyers and partners to support corporate clients on all aspects of business immigration, including sponsor licensing, visa applications, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise corporate clients on:
o Sponsor licence applications and renewals
o Skilled Worker visa applications
o Global Business Mobility and Expansion Worker routes
o Business visitor guidance and right-to-work checks
* Assist with immigration audits and Home Office compliance matters.
* Prepare and submit a variety of UKVI applications and supporting documentation.
* Draft and review advice notes, client guidance, and internal firm resources.
* Stay up to date with developments in UK immigration law, policies, and procedures.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR and legal teams.
* Support the wider immigration and employment team on complex matters.
* Time record and manage billing in line with firm protocols.
