Head of Sales – IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Security

Base Salary: Up to £160,000 + Double OTE

About the Role
An established global digital transformation and next-gen technology services company is seeking a Head of Sales to lead, scale, and accelerate its IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Security portfolio across Europe.
This is a senior commercial leadership role where you will drive strategic growth, expand market presence, and lead a team of high-performing sales hunters. You’ll be central to shaping the go-to-market strategy, opening new enterprise accounts, and driving multi-million-pound opportunities in a rapidly expanding practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and drive sales strategy for the IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Security practice across Europe.
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of two experienced sales hunters, ensuring strong pipeline generation and successful deal conversions.
* Expand the existing customer footprint and open new enterprise logos across key sectors.
* Build and maintain strong C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships.
* Collaborate with delivery, presales, and practice leadership to create compelling, differentiated solutions.
* Oversee forecasting, revenue planning, and P&L accountability for the practice.
* Represent the organisation at conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
About You
* Proven track record of selling IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Cyber Security services into enterprise clients.
* Experience leading sales teams or acting as a senior individual contributor with leadership capability.
* Strong hunter mentality with consistent achievement against multi-million targets.
* Ability to develop GTM strategies and take a practice through rapid growth.
* Strong network within UK & European enterprise markets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial leadership skills.
