Team Personal Assistant £50,000 - £60,000 Hybrid London About the Position Join a dynamic organisation as a Team Personal Assistant, where you will provide high-level support to C-suite executives, including the CEO and the wider Executive team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through efficient administration, coordination, and executive support, while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working model. Start Date: Flexible Work Arrangement: Hybrid, typically 23 days per week in the office. What You'll Do Manage CEO travel and expenses, ensuring smooth logistics and timely arrangements. Oversee CEO diary management, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritising effectively. Coordinate travel and expenses for the Executive team, maintaining organisation and accuracy. Prepare for meetings by gathering materials, drafting agendas, confirming attendees, and recording minutes and actions. Support board meetings by coordinating logistics and liaising with directors. Undertake office management responsibilities to maintain an effective working environment for the UK team. Plan and organise events, including meeting logistics and the annual overseas company event. Manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Handle ad hoc requests from the CEO and Executive team with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset. What You Bring Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, including supporting senior Directors or C-suite leaders. Strong IT literacy and proficiency with relevant tools. Fluent English communication skills with excellent written and verbal presentation abilities. Ability to work autonomously with a results-driven, organised approach. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. High attention to detail combined with a positive, professional attitude.
