Are you looking for an opportunity to progress in store management? We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our home store team in Dumfries, DG 1 2BD.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence
* Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values
* Contribute towards the success of the store by: Ensuring highest standard of customer service; Achieving targets; Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising; Maximising sales through physical and digital channels; Supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers; Achieving expectations within campaign activities
* Work with the manager to generate stock
* Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis due to the store trading 7 days a week
