The Global Process Owner (GPO) for Payroll is responsible for overseeing and optimizing payroll policies and processes across multiple regions and departments on a global scale. This leadership role ensures that processes are standardized, efficient, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. The GPO will drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practices, and maintain compliance with international regulations. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end process, implement technology solutions, and ensure consistent quality and performance across all regions.
