1st Line Analyst - SW London - £30,000 to £35,000 per year - On-site FryerMiles are delighted to be working with an award-winning IT Support company to assist with their recruitment of a 1st Line Analyst to join their team in London. The successful candidate will have foundational IT experience and a keen interest in delivering excellent first-line technical support, resolving common technical issues, supporting end-users remotely, and escalating complex cases to the L2 team where necessary. Key Responsibilities include: Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and remote tools Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktop, server, network and cloud environments Log, manage and own support requests through to resolution or escalation Assist with procurement queries, software licencing and general IT advice Maintain documentation Setting up and configuring new desktops, laptops and printers Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role, ideally within a MSP Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and macOS Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace Knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory A logical thinker with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner Ability to prioritise and manage own workload A team player with a positive, proactive attitude Ability to be flexible and work to changing priorities 1st Line Analyst - SW London - £30,000 to £35,000 per year - On-site
