Our client, one of the UK’s most modern and professional vehicle salvage agents/parts recyclers based in Thame, Oxfordshire, is looking to hire a Vehicle Dismantler to join their team.
Reporting to the Centre Manager and working as part of a friendly team in a modern state-of-the-art workshop, as a Vehicle Dismantler your key responsibilities will include removing vehicle parts from all makes of vehicles for re-sale to the trade and public and checking/quality controlling the parts removed for sale.
To be eligible for this position previous experience in automotive mechanics/vehicle body repair and stripping vehicle parts is essential for our client as is the possession of your own set of tools and a UK driving licence with minimal points. A forklift driving licence would be a distinct advantage, but full training will be provided. Overall, you will be reliable, enthusiastic, conscientious, and comfortable working in a very busy, fast-moving environment.
