Role:
1. Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, CRM, and social media
2. Write and post job adverts that attract top talent
3. Build strong client and candidate relationships both over the phone and face to face
4. Take job briefs, manage vacancies, and coordinate interviews
5. Guide candidates through the full recruitment process from application to job offer
6. Regularly update clients and candidates with feedback and support
7. Market top candidates to potential employers
8. Work with the marketing team to promote vacancies and employer brands

10. Organised, able to juggle multiple tasks, and strong with admin
11. Target-driven, with experience working to performance goals
12. Commercially aware and naturally curious about businesses and people
13. A confident communicator, both on the phone and in person
14. Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, or CRM systems
15. A car driver with a full UK driving license
